Terms of Service
By accessing the Carevix platform ("Service"), you ("Customer") agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind the clinic.
1. The Service
Carevix provides a hosted application for managing appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications over WhatsApp. Features are described in the product and pricing pages and may evolve.
2. Acceptable use
- No sending of unsolicited marketing to numbers that have not opted in.
- No disclosure of personally identifiable health information to unauthorised parties.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license the Service without written permission.
- Compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
3. Fees
Plans and fees are listed on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance via Razorpay. Taxes are additional where applicable. Refunds are handled per Section 6.
4. Customer data
Customer retains all rights to data uploaded. Carevix processes data as per the DPA and Privacy Policy.
5. Uptime
We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Current health is published at /status.
6. Refunds & termination
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of renewal. Carevix may terminate accounts that violate Section 2 with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. Carevix IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND MUST NOT BE USED AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR CLINICAL DECISIONS.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carevix's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
